and what you say about peacekeeping is completely untrue. Peacekeepers have saved so many lives and if there were no such thing so many people would have died from varieties of causes that were stopped by UN peacekeepers. Look, I did a whole project on UN peacekeeping including a 25 page long report in size 12 font and I was selected as one of 6 people of thousands of participants to go to the provincial historica fair. So shut your mouths, or I will shut 'em for ya. To change the subject, guessing the cities won't help, but if u wanna guess, keep going.

I think only me and you know this one.
If the observer and source are approaching each other the frequency heard by the observer (f') is
f'=f(v+vo)/(v-vs)
If they are receding (moving away from each other)
f'=f(v-vo/v+vs)

LEGEND (for noobs):
v=speed of wave
vo=speed of observer
vs=speed of source
f=frequency at source
f'=frequency observed by observer.
